SPRAY-MO is a powdered sugarcane molasses. This product is 100% molasses. It has been developed for instant mixing and trouble free spraying or applying through irrigation systems. Unlike liquid molasses, which can contain as much as 50 percent water, SPRAY-MO is only molasses, so less need be applied.
SPRAY-MO contains numerous minerals, amino acids, sugars, proteins, carbohydrates, vitamins, and many other beneficials. Molasses feeds the soil microorganisms improving the soil eco system. It is ideal for use in composting and producing compost teas by providing an instant source of energy to the microbes and organisms accelerating compost breakdown. It is also an excellent chelating agent assisting is the conversion of chemical nutrients into a form that is easily utilized by plants and soil organisms. Adding SPRAY-MO to foliar liquid fertilizers will improve the efficacy and plant response. It will reduce the smell associated with some fertilizer, such as fish oil. And is especially beneficial when used with oil based liquid fertilizers.
Plants sprayed with SPRAY-MO have shown a significant reduction in insect pressure, requiring less chemical control. This is important to all growers, especially organic growers. And it has been shown to be a deterrent to fire ants. Plants that are treated with SPRAY-MO will have increased brix levels.
A study conducted in Hawaii showed improved color, leaf production, and yields on treated plants. In addition this study found it produced a change in nutritional balance of the soil, in the soil structure and in the soil microbial populations due to the provided carbon source. Which alters the C/N ratio in soil and this affects the soil microbial activity, which in turn favorably affects the available nutrients. The study also found that programmed applications reduced or eliminated the effects of nematodes on the treated plants.
SPRAY-MO™ for healthier plants, increased yields, and a reduction in
fertilizer inputs and the use of chemical controls.
