All of the SD605 formulations when applied undiluted or with water develops a harden surface with deep penetration in heavy dust conditions.  This is extremely important where light powdery dust problems occur.  By going deep, the product forms a more rigid substructure by attracting and combining the dust particles.  Surface traffic compresses the dust and product mix to form a denser matrix.  This provides long term control.



SD605 GENERAL INFORMATION

• Reduces the number of daily watering trips and improves the effectiveness of applied water.
• Reduces labor, equipment maintenance and fuel costs.
• Non corrosive.
• Bio-degradable, and completely environmentally safe for animals and fish.
• Type of dust and area use will determine the longevity of an application.
• Dust bed penetration will depend on the amount of product-water mixture applied per square foot.
• Product-water mixture will vary and require site assessment to determine the proper ratio.
• Allow to cure for 2 to 3 hours before use by heavy traffic.
• SD605 is re-activated with watering.
• Dust that forms onto the treated area after the initial application will be locked in place with watering.
• To extend the efficacy of the initial application add small amounts of SD605 in the watering tank periodically.
• Full ratio reapplications will be required more often if the above recommendation is not followed.
• Equipment and overspray can be cleaned with water only.
• SD605 will not stain or discolor concrete products.
• SD605 is supplied as a 1 part or a 2 part system for water tank/sprayer mixing.
• SD605 is also supplied in a RTU (ready to use) pre-mix for various applications.
• SD605 1 part system is available in 2.5 gallon jugs, 55 gallon drums, and 250-300 gallon totes.
• SD605 2 part system is available in 2.5 gallon jugs, 5 gallon pails, and 15 gallon pails.
• SD605 RTU is available in 5 gallon pails, 55 gallon drums, 300 gallon totes.
